: Comprehensive Service Agreement

The complete solution encompasses all aspects of a service agreement including all parts and labour: 

  • Preventative maintenance - Monthly servicing including the cost of call out fees and labour
  • Technical support by telephone and on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Priority support response time between 2 and 4 hours from initial telephone call
  • Out of hours support including labour is also included in the agreement

 The swap and repair option guarantees that your business will always run effectively.

Gold Care

: Preventative Maintenance Agreement

The precautionary solution makes sure your equipment is running at optimal performance:

  • Preventative maintenance
  • No call out fees during business hours
  • Telephone technical support
  • Our team of Service Technicians is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should a problem arise.
  • Swap and repair options are also available at an additional cost
